Position Summary: Manage all aspects of the home building process according to The New Home Company quality standards while adhering to budgets, maintaining the construction schedule and achieving the desired level of customer satisfaction.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is normal. The employee must occasionally traverse the terrain of a project not yet under construction with or without street or sidewalks.
